Well, it reminds me of one of the old, abandoned towns in bad western movies. You know, the ones with the queeking "Saloon"-sign, the broken roofs and weeds rolling through the streets. This forum and these towns ewoke the same emotions in me. What a deserted place! Me myself being a "newbie" just a few (or not so few, on the second thought) months ago, I now know no one here (besides JohnIII, the guy who knows the meaning of my handle *sob* All seems to be gone. And two more months, this forum will be like the Stories collective: two active posters, who talk to each other privately on a public forum. Why do I bother you with this crap? I don't really know. But if you read it through to this point, there must be something to it... ------------- |

I still read here occasionally but I've migrated to www.planetsid.com. It's much more active. |

My translation was perfectly valid! So have I, although I'm posting more at Lionhead and less at Firaxis. Gentleman, choose your developers! In the blue corner- Lionhead Studios, with a beautiful and functional site, an original game, an innovative Satellite scheme and regular forum participation by employees. And some damn fine coders, artists, testers, and a dedicated musician. In the red corner- Firaxis with one original game, two sequels, a functional site and little forum interaction John III |
