This thread is created in the wake of my self-banning. Why you ask? Because I have a sizeable gap in my Uni timetable and have nothing else to do. So I will exercise my typing skills and brain to produce something of no value here on this forum.
My opinion on people
Basically, people suck. Because they just do. What good are they? Nothing. People will step over you and crush you if they have a penny to gain. People will only help you with something because they want something in return or because they are feeling guilty about not helping the last guy. All people hate each other and only pretend to like each other because they live in a civilised society and they dont want to be labeled a weirdo nazi freak. All people are worthless and useless. They say you cannot put a price on a human life. Well I can. Zero. As soon as artificial intelligence is developed humans will become redundant and will most likely exterminate each other.
My opinion on traffic
I hates traffic. Real bad. I live in a city with a population of about 1.2 million but we have the worst road system of any nation save Uganda and Ecuador. There is almost always construction going on and its impossible to get anywhere, which wouldnt be a problem but the city is so damn huge physically. I hate people who try to get in front of you and when you make it clear that they are not welcome in their stupid massive view blocking 4 wheel drive in front of you, they still push their way in and pretend like you dont exist. They only soultion is to kill them and not give licences to morons.
My opinion on new stuff
New stuff aint like the old stuff. They just dont make it liek they used to. What? Everything. SW: Episone 1. Big expectations, total disappointment. They put a dickhead like Jar Jar on the screen every two minutes, and at the same time deny any real action to a legend like Darth Maul. Also stuff like TA: Kingdoms. I was gonna buy that game but afer reading a few reviews, no way. Its a total piece of crap. Same units with different graphics, unbalanced attack/defense, tries too hard but achieves little. Cars. You have to be an electrician not a mechanic to work on some of the newer cars now. What a joke. They just dont make anything like they used to.
My opinion on University
They suck. Not just mine, but all of them. They are nothing more than a big cash cow for the government. All the students pay out big bucks to get themselves a fool proof education that wil guarantee them a job. Yeh right. Yough unemplyment is sky high. Not just in Australia, where its about 25%. Then you pay your course fees. Then you buy your text books. Then the course guides. They the stationery. Then additional material. Then recommended material. Then they grab you by the balls and squeeze some more out of you. What a joke. And the students? Most are in the campus tavern not in lectures. All the lecturers must have a clause in their contracts saying that they must be boring and have a monotone voice.
My opinion on forums
Most are populated by morons and bored students. They go nowhere. What is the point of typing stuff in when you can just go down the street and talk to an actual human being. Does everyone have no life other than talking to total strangers on the net? How many people would just go up to strangers in the street and start talking to them. None. Thats because most of the people currently on the net are introverted shy boys who do not get out much. Get some damn drink into ya and head out for a night on the town. Who knows. Maybe you will enjoy it.
My opinion on the meaning of life
There is none. How arrogant are you to think that there is a meaning behind you. Do you think you are that special that for your existence to be pointless is just unthinkable? Are you the whole reason the universe exists? No pal. You are nothing more than a mass of atoms with a sentience. There is no hidden meaning behind you. There is no goal for your life. There is no point for you to be here. If you go then what will happen? Your mommy will niss you thats all. Everything will go along as it did yesterday and the day before that.
Well it seems I have to be in my final lecture for the day in 5 mins. So I will continue this rambling some other time.
My guess is that no one will actually read any of this.

You admit yourself "I was gonna buy that game but afer reading a few reviews, no way" so how can you tell? The Adrenaline Vault review and a quote "The name and graphics are about all these two titles share, and where TA offers a slew of different unit types for some traditional, hardcore warfare, TA:K goes the fantasy route with fewer units and buildings and a better story". So not all that bad then, all things consideringI like the HOMM series.
You also admit that you are perhaps slightly intoxicated, and therefore not in optimum-reasoning mode. Having said that, I doubt that you ever were
Also, you failing the test of your typing skills miserably. I lost count of the typos in your post, so try proof-reading (I should really take my own advice).
Your comment that we are all "a mass of atoms with a sentience" is an intriguing and innovative one. In fact I have NEVER known this already, and have NEVER heard this view expressed before. I applaud your radical, open-minded, clear-sighted views, and wish you all the best in life.

A-Man, I got TA:K the day it came out, and I havent regreted buying it once. IMHO, Cavedog (makers of TA & TA:K) made a big mistake by putting Total Annihilation on the box. Since they did this, people are expecting TA2 instead of the game it is. Do yourself a favor, wait for the demo to come out and decide wither you like it or not yourself. Also, arent you being a bit hypocritical (sp?) by going on about how people suck, and then letting reveiwers make decsions for you? My guess is you are one of those people who doesnt vote, and then complians about the government. Drives like a maniac, then makes use of the horn and middle finger when someone doesnt drive to your liking. Did your pet just die or what? But this are just assumptions, and you know what people say about that...

A man who keeps his promises? Man, I just got through talking about Kurt Cobain, and the fact that so many people get glee out of making fun of him never ceases to amaze me. "I Hate Myself and I Want to Die" was the title of one of his songs, and it was a joke. If everybody took musicians seriously all the time, we would think the Sex Pistols hated poor people and Led Zeppelin sucked.
You're right about old stuff being better than new stuff though. Like Offspring. And I don't trust any goddamn car that's affected by Y2K.

To put it mildly, the reviewer doesn't paint a pretty picture of the game.
But I will wait for a demo. I hope that comes out soon though.

I had to kill 4 hours at Uni so my more extreme views started surfacing, thats all.
But yes I do drive with my horn on and no I dont have any pets.
I had fish but they got poisoned. (accidentally)
I had mice but I accidentally stepped on them.
I had birds but they didn't like me so I threw them out.
I had a dog but he kept scratching himself so I dumped him by the side of the road.
I had a hermit crab but it was asleep all the time so I threw it out.
I hate cats.
Thats all the pets there are. (except monkeys and other weird crap animals)
I don't have any pets now.
But that has nothing to do with any of the other stuff, I just told you that so the "dead pet" rumours would be squashed.

JohnIII - the review you linked isn't all that impressive about TA:K either. I gathered its an OK game, if you have nothing else to buy and can't wait for C&C:Tib Sun.

The mice. (snicker ) Its not like I trampled them into the ground or anything. I just walked along and heard a small *crack* under my feet. They stink anyway. So it wasn't an total loss.

I thouroghly enjoyed your opinions. You sound a lot like me. People suck. Traffic sucks everywhere. You can't get anywhere w/o hitting a damn jam. Everything new is new, and everything old has been used. As someone who as been going to Junior College and will aventually be going to real college, that is true. The meaning of life is not are you, but for everyone.
I don't like to think of it as being an introverted shyboy who doesn't get out much. I like to think of it as being an borderline anti-social deviant who thinks people suck way too much to actually pysically talk to. Thank you very much.
