Now that we both are a bunch of losers, can we discuss this championship?I think it will go down in history as the most surprising championship. The two top teams (YU and Lithuania) did not get into finals, and we got a bunch of completely ridiculous teams in the finals - Italy and damn Spain.

Hey Saras, this happens in all sports (New Zealand in the semi-finals? Ridiculous), so I don't see what the big deal over basketball is. Denmark? Czech Republic? Zimbabwe?! Bulgaria? John III |

But this has never (CMIIR) happened in European mens basketball. Usually, YU gets the gold, Lithuania the silver. And this year we thought we'd get the gold... sigh... |

And Denmark were expected to win the 1992 European Championships were they? They didn't even qualify! John III |

Peace Saras And i think that Litva and YU are playing for third place? Aren't they? Hmm...we might have what to discuss tommorow, so i'll just leave this in the state of a truce, and consider the treaty as a possible measure Lita plays soccer??? JohnIII, Denmark used to be a great team, like 6-7 years ago..and were very favoured, but, just like YU, they have a bunch of excelent players, and a team that sucks. Why's that? No idea MiKaeLe |

Ugh..i was wrong...YU already played against France for third place, and got it afcourse , and Litva is in fifth position...which is fairly good i suppose... MiKLe |
