By blatently telling us not to do it, you are actually inviting us To do it. Example:
Sign at a fast food restraunt "No Shoes, No Shirt, No service"
Now I've never once went out in public w/o shoes and a shirt, but after seeing that sign I'd kind of like to do it once. For that matter what about not wearing pants? It doesn't say we can't. It's not indescent if you cover it up, so theorietically you could walk in just wearing your underpants beneath a long T-shirt.
I wouldn't of thought of any of this if I hadn't seen the sign.
