I read, in the paper yesterday, that Stephen King had been hit by a van and was in serious condition.

he'll live, cause if he doesn't, I will eat his bones. I do not want the gunslinger series to go unfinished. |

A dog, in the van, caused the driver to loose control. Humm, good line for a new book. The dogs are going to take over! |

Fortunately, he'll live.Broken bones in upper and lower leg, broken hip socket. Ouch. The gunslinger series is extremely addictive, and is being written very slowly. I suppose its OK if it means it'll be a better read. Bizarre accident, I guess the dog didn't appreciate Pet Sematary (his spelling, I think, not mine) |

Hey, OhWell have you read that SF book, about dogs being superior than humans, living among humans, communicating like humans, etc. I'm not sure, but I think Larry Niven wrote it. (I could be wrong about that) I've read it while I was reading the RingWorld by L.N when I was a kid, it was pretty good. |

onepaul, I remember a short story where dogs were influencing humans. Some guy figured out what was going on and a dog managed to accidentally trip him and he fell to his death. Is that the one?Arf Arf!
