Rhyming slang works best if you miss of the bit which rhymes. Whilst this isn't possible in all cases it is normally alright. So that would be you live just down the frog from me. I reckon anyway WTF do I know. |

No. I'm afraid I am not that lucky. But the Rooty Hill RSL is the most famous thing since apple pie over in WA. And even if I lived there, would I invite a bunch of loons like these over to my place for a chin wag? |

Vegemite is the most disgusting substance known to man, outside of his own feces. |

The Rooty Hill RSL is famous even in WA? Lord help us all. But you're right, inviting them over for a chin wag, a barbie and a couple of tinnies would be a bigger mistake than leaving a baby unattended in the outback. Mike, how would it sound if I said my dad drove a rubber?!? Sounds a bit, um, risque. Sorry, but you can't leave out the rhyming word. Just you English being lazy I am sure... |

Brother Greg, But you did invite a bunch of seppos over for a barra on the barbie and a couple of tinnies. Don't your remember? I've got the plane tickets right here. They're open ended so we can stay as long as we like, probably right through the olympics. I've got my book of Australian English and saw all of Hogan's movies so I am sure I'll fit right in. BTW, did I ever tell you how great the USA is and how everyone in the world should fall down on their hands and knees to that the lucky day they met us? ;-) |
