Author Topic:   What's with the influx of non-off topicers?

Well where are all these new people coming from? Usually we only get 2 or 3 new people every few weeks, but now there's 6 or 7 new guys(or girls) to the off-topic forum. I need some answers whether it be the new people or vets. No hostility meant here, just wondering.

I guess I would be a newbie to the off topic forums. I've been hanging around the other forums until lately. This whole site has a lot of new people and less of the older ones.

I'm a refugee from 'Strategies and Tactics'.
S&T was great fun and very instructive when I first got SMAC, but I decided to break my addiction before I installed the game on my work PC. I had a couple of brief forays into 'Non-SMAC Related', and then I crossed over and got addicted here instead.
However, I will now have to restrict myself to weekend posting, because I will no longer be able to use my PC at work. And why, you ask? Because of MiKaeLe! He has posted a nude picture, and I don't want to risk Big Brother at work accusing me of accessing porn (however mild).

in the "why do you guys suck" thread. but the pic is tastefull done. I would not consider it "porn", but photography art.

No, the porn was in the homophobia thread and it was promptly plaintexted by some kind soul. The why you guys suck thread contains a pic that could only be considered art because it is a pastie (i.e., it took some artful modification to create it).
