Checked it out. Seems incomplete... |

The URL didn't work for me, so I can't check it out, but is it based on the board game of the same name? If it is, count me in! I can remember spending entire weekends playing supremcay; one of my friends had ALL of the expansions, so we could get a nine-player game going. With eight people ona mega-map, the game is insanely fun, but SO time-consuming... |

It is incomplete, but right now we are in the make treaties phase. England has already said something like "as soon as military component is built in, we will sent a fleet to attack South Africa." |

The URL doesn't work because there is no Http:// before it. Victor, post a new link. |

Oh, and why do the people in the Game Forum hate you so much? I just went over there for the first time in two weeks and it was full of "Hate Victor Gallis" topics. |

Victor is the on-line version of Supremacy the same as the old board game? I loved the playing the board game. That link you put in above is a dead end. Would please give me the address of the Supremacy web site? |

The link he posted to http://www.supremacy.planete.net/ isn't dead. John III |

The game is not like the board game (or maybe, but on a much larger scale). When complete there will be roughly 400 players per faction drining the tanks, and conducting foreign policy, etc. I mean it a single player doesn't control a faction. It's like the real world, you have human subordinates. |

I'm in. (The mailing-thing solved itself, thanks anyway. The person to which it is adressed will know what I'm talking about.) Soon DynaCorp will rule the world, not those puny factions. BWAHAHAHAHAHA! |

That link brings me to a blank page. |

Allod: Which faction? Me, I'm not sure if I'm going to join up just yet, but if I do, I'm leaning toward either the UK or Saudi Arabia. The UK has a better site, but it's annoying as heck to navigate on 800x600 since they disallowed scrollbars in the code- you have to kill the taskbar, navigation bars, etc., pretty much everything to be able to navigate. Saudi Arabia seems cool, but their website makes it look like a two-horse operation. |

BTW, I'm always keen on learning new phrases - what's a two-horse operation? |

I suggest the UK. Or if you really can't decide. Join MI-6 and spy on the Saudis (disguised as a Saudi). Come the UK really needs some good diplomats, army officers, etc. It would seem that they all hate us. |

No, not everyone hates the UK. As member of DynaCorp I can assure you that we welcome every customer, especially from wealthy states like the UK. Now, really, what does two-horse operation mean? |
JohnIII |

Victor, I may join the UK, I still haven't decided. John III |

I still haven't signed up yet, but that's slang for a very small operation. Actually, I know it more as a "one horse" operation rather than a two horse operation, but I suppose inflation affects small titles as well... P.S. Also two-bit. |

Ummmm...I can't load up supremacy. I've installed what my friend called 'the gay java thingy' but when I run sup.bat a little splash image comes up with 20% written at the top left hand corner. Then...NOTHING. I wait 1 minute, NOTHING. 5 minues, NOTHING, 30 minutes, still NOTHING!! End task, run again. NOTHING! Arrrrrggghhh... jig |

Allod: It's been solved already?? Not for me! I still can't get it to work, no matter how long I wait. Could it have something to do with me using the international version of JRE? |
