Can University build skunkworks? I know I have all the technology pre-requisites (I don't know the very last one I needed but I remember reading at the bottom of the 'tech card' "allows skunkworks". I know that nobody has built it because first of all, I have built all but one secret project and second of all nobody has the required knowledge. Isn't Skunkworks a secret project? When I go to my build screen It just isn't there. Thanks, |

Well, at easy levels of game (AFAIK Citizen and Specialist, not sure about Talent) the prototyping doesn't cost, so you are not able to build Skunkworks city enhancement (not a secret project, MajiK6pt5 is right). The Spartan also has free prototyping, University has free network node in every city. |

I'm not sure if v1.0 permits skunkworks, but I could have been thinking of Temple of Planet, instead. Are you running v4.0? |

It costs at talent, as I've yet to be good enough to win above that, so have dived back down for the vitally needed ego boost  |
