Does anyone know where I can find zipped files for the V3 and V4 upgrades? Thanks for any help.

Well, they actually ARE zipped files, only in .exe format, so you can unzip them without the need for a proper "PKZip like" already installed.
They are available at this site ("downloads" section) or at main ftp sites.
