I'm trying to get SMAC to run on a new NT box. I get to the CD check, then just get a blank screen after hitting "OK". Any suggestions?
Win NT 4, Service Pack 3
1024 x 800, True Color
Complete Install, no CD in drive
I've tried messing with the monitor settings, but changing resolution and number of colors seems to have no effect.

It SOUNDS as if its having trouble with your video drivers or DirectX. But that's just an impression.
Any NT players out there that can give a hand?

Load SP4 and make sure your screen resolution and set properly for the game. Had the same problem at first installation - SP4 (or SP5) resolves the problem.
