Hi I'm trying to play some pbems, but when i receive the map i get a total view of the planet -- everybody's bases, units and all the unity pods.
Anybody know what causes this -- is it something in the alpha.txt file?
I am using US version 3.00 -- the games are coming from people in Europe and the US.
Thanks anybody who can shed light on this.

This is an intermittent bug that shows up from time to time with PBEM and hotseat games. Firaxis should know about it as it has been posted here before.
Not sure what causes it though. It may have something to do with modifying preferences.
