Author Topic:   first aid paradropping APC doesn't work

I built a unit with the following specs:
hovertank chassis
transport
paradrop
repair bay
It is supposed to be an APC that carries ground troops, repairs them, and drops them behind enemy lines (I know it's cheap
However, it just refuses to load any unit onto it. What's the problem?

Think land transports cannot only be loaded up with troops at bases

Loading doesn't have to take place in a base. I was able to load an infantry unit onto a normal ground transport outside of a base. Adding the paradropping ability seems to screw things up.

Known undocumented feature :-) Paradrop transports can't carry when they drop. I believe Brian Reynold's response when told of this was "Ooops."
