Two factions, Believers and Peacekeepers are now in a state of Vendetta. But one of Believers cities has Peacekeeper troops station in the city.

Now that I'm here, I'm suddenly drawing a blank on the city name, Faith on High or something like that. If I send you the save game file, its a city to the west (left) of the small morgan empire, on the southern coast of the continent. Cities are a little sparse there because there's been a Gaian-Beleiver war going on for probably 200 years and most of the fightings been around here. City is due south of Hawk of Chiron.

BTW, I was a little surprised when I saw that the Peacekeepers and the Believers were now in Vendetta. Not too long ago, they were pact brothers launching a combined attack on me. That's how the forces got intermingled. Yet somehow, they managed to declare vendetta without seperating.

I'm gueesing somewhere between saving and continuing this game between sessions, some of the diplomatic attitudes seem to have gotten shuffled. It was a UoP and Gaia Pact vs. a Believer and Peacekeeper Pact. Now UoP has backed out of our Pact, there is a full-blown treaty between Believer and UoP, and Believer and Peacekeeper are at Vendetta.
