As some of you have pointed out, the link on the firaxis site is misspelled (interns..). Here is the correct path:
http://www.firaxis.com/patches/Smacp3gr.exe
You can cut and paste that into the address field in most browsers, hit enter, and begin the download. We'll get that fixed on Monday.
