I'm trying to finish the game by transcending, but I can't build the ascent to transcendence secret project in the end! I'm on transcendent thought 16 and I still can't build that last thing. Kinda weird, but I couldn't get the carrier deck either when I discovered it, I probably lost other things as well but didn't notice, am I the only one with this problem?

First of all, when you are applying special abilities, there is a scroll bar so that if you have too many to fill the screen they show up in, you can scroll down to get the abilities you "lost."
For the "ascendence thing," you have to: 1) Enable Transcendence in the beginning of the game. Jeff Morris (FIRAXIS) has told many people how to enable this. 2) You have to build Voice of Planet before you build the Ascent to Transcendence (both secret projects).
