I would like to know how to give the automated governor a list of building priorities, as I'm NOT very pleased with the "Build-Explore-blah-blah" choices available.
(The reason for this request is that I have over 200 cities, and it does get kinda tedious to manage all of them).
I'm playing with enhancement 2.0, faction Scientists, difficulty Thinker, MY 2340.

You can set up a list of things to build in the Queue (I believe that's what its called), but you will still have to enter all of them for each city.

Someone was looking for a list of things we'd like to see in a fix or add on. Custom government build lists is one. The city.txt in CivII was great. I'd like one in SMAC.
