On my french version of SMAC, believers have no test plus, nor supply++, but they still suffer a slow science and planet problems. They only have defaults. When will it be fixed ?

sorry, what are you talking about? granted, I have US version, but it seems the things your are requesting do not exist in the game. I play the believers religiously (haha) and find them to be a very strong faction.

I had some difficulties with social model, and believe.txt had a bug. I have fixed it yet, and believers are a hell
