Back when the game was originally released, I sent an email message to you guys asking about the index that the manual was supposed to have. You said that it was an oversight and that the index would be available for download shortly.. This was more than a month ago. When is the index going to be posted?

I hope this oversight wasn't made by Electronic Arts in order to make us buy the strategy guide.
