When constructing either Sky Hydroponics or Orbital Power Transmitter, some bases are able to successfully build them and then move onto other projects, while others begin building them again once that project is complete, and the project does not show up as having been constructed at that base.

Orbital thingys don't stay in the base, but rather go into orbit. They benefit all your bases regardless of where they were built, and so hence, they do not count as a project in the base you built them in. This is nice, because you can get a good base to make a bunch of them, helping out all those bases you just captured that have nothing but drones (though with an airport, the benefit would be greater) -Chris |

Inerestingly though, I can't get more than one orbital thingy of the same type to go in the build queue at once. |

If you have enough of them, it doesn't matter whether you've got an ASC in your cities or not. Half of LOTS is still a LOT and then it gets limited by the population. So if you have at least 30 of each sattelite up then even a size 15 city with no ASC would still get +15 of each resource.James |
