I never realised there were so many bugs still in this game!
I only noticed two.
The first was the loan bug someone else already mentioned.
The other is with Bumper Crops and Thermal Boreholes. When a city with TB's gets the Bumper Crops random event, the TB's produce 1 nutrient for some reason.. I thought they supposed to have no nutrients under any circumstance.
