During Diplomatic encounters after a unit takes a city, the loser (of the city) will sometimes contact you and demand that the city be returned. Giving the city back, I found that the occupational forces turned have now become the loser's unit. Now, I'm not sure if I missed this somewhere in the docs, but I don't think that giving away cities to non-allies means that your units inside said cities turn to the other side. Is this a glitch or does this mean I have to vacate all units away from the city changing hands and risk angering the other side and having to go through 10 turns of "Ignoring your transmission?"
