Playing as the Morganites on Talent level, I tried a new strategy (lotsa forests) and ended up pulling way ahead, eventually getting submission pacts from Sparta and the Hive. Yang has this little sea colony pod that keeps wandering back and forth between two squares that are in between one of my sea boundaries and some fungus (planted intentionally to keep other factions from building sea colonies one space away). Yang somehow launches a surprise attack by building a colony *inside* my sea boundaries, which is against game rules. If *I* try to build a colony in ally boundaries, I get a message stating that I must cancel the alliance in face to face negotiations, or some such. All I ask is that the computer play by at least similar rules to those that I do. *sigh* Now I have to crush him all over again... A thoroughly miffed CEO Kedryn |
