The cursors all activate in the top left corner of the picture, not n the obvious spot (eg. Artillery has a crosshairs which doesn't point in the right spot at all). I find I have to line up the square I want to fire at, then press the relevant hot-key and ignore where the cursor is pointing and just click.

Yes ... I have found this same problem. It makes it hard to know where you are pointing. For example ... the Bombing Run "cursor" seems to be off!
Thanks for pointing this out ... I think this is the "hot spot" or something on the cursor and should be fixable.
