I have a SB128 and when I tried playin SMAC
on my P-II 400 and the sound would stutter frequently. To fix this I went to my multimedia menu in Control Panel. Clicked on the AUDIO tab and set my audio hardware acceleration to full. This fixed it. I hope this helps people out. Any donations can be sent to...j/k
