I recently downloaded the 2.0 patch and went to install it only for it to tell me that the contents of the terren.exe file were not matching and wouldn't update. I do have the full US version. I have also had this problem with other games patches. Is it prehapes a virus or is it maybe the patches. Any response would be greatly appriciated. The game is great though.
Oh one more question, in diplomatic victory is there a time limit that you must keep the peace to win? I am the supream leader and have eliminated the disbelieving factions, but no win came up. Thanks

Well, I'd copy the terran.exe directly over from the \programs folder on the CD. Apply the patch. If it still messes up, and you have the US version, it's probably time to download McAfee.
