I have built "The Voice of Planet" secret project, and it says that anyone can now build the "Ascent to Transcendance" project. But It does not show up on my build options. I sure hope this isnt a bug, because that is quite an annoying one. Is there something in the game that I am forgetting that isn't explained that I need t do? P.S. In multiplayer I have problems with supply convoys not being able to ship supplies, and my game crashes whenever I call council, but one bug at a time. I want to transend. |

Instead of empaths, you should now have trascends ... |
