I took a sea colony from an enemy, then gave it back in order to foster a peace agreement. Well, the cruiser that was in the colony was returned to my nearest city. Unfortunately, it wasn't returned to the nearest PORT, so I had an embarrassingly land locked cruiser.

Did this occur with v2.0? If so, and you have a save before it "warps", please send it in. [email protected].
