Sorry if this has been mentioned (I don't see it in posts from the last 5 days), but I have a situation where it is impossible for me to retire some of my workshop designs. I click retire but nothing happens, the design stays.
I have no units with this design nor am I producing any.
I think the indexes are getting out of whack, because the confirmation message is "Are you sure you want to retire xxx?" where xxx is the name of a completely different unit.
I have a saved game if you're interested.
