This will allow me to play SMAC and to work at the same time( or just pretend to be working by switching the screen back to Excel when the boss approaching)
It is possible to do that with Civ2 so I�m wondering if it is also possible with SMAC.

You can do it, tho' not real easily. If you've got Excel up full screen then you can ALT-TAB to switch to it. But SMAC is still up "behind" it also full screen. The colors are likely to look strange for me because SMAC isn't using the same color depth as my normal desktop.

Hi,
Thanks for an advise. I've already found the Alt-tab trick from another post yesterday. I've no idea about that before. Normally when I want to switch between programs, I use mouse click at the task bar.
So yesterday I did a "multi-tasking" all day. hehehe.
