One of the other messages on the forum reminded me of another couple of bugs. The first one is a text formatting bug in the discovery window. When you discover a new technology, a dialog pops up with a text area at the bottom in which is displayed either a quote or a description of the technology. When you scroll the description of the technology up and down, the text reformats itself for some reason - that is, the sentences are laid out again, so the text moves horizontally as well as vertically (which is what the scroll bar _should_ do). This makes it very difficult to read the text. I'm running in 1024x768, no patch. This happened in every technology window. -joachim |
