This is a cool bug but an unbalancing one none the less... During A multiplayer modem-modem game, I asked the CPU(Morgan) that I was a pact brother with for energy credits. When he asked what I would give I picked the kindness continued friendship etc. He then said he would give me 0 credits(Not loan just give) However he actually gave me ALL his money! It was about 500 credits or so any ideas???

On the subject of money I have another little
strangeness. Sometimes when you ask one of the other factions for tech they reply something like this: 'sure but knowledge is power, I'm willing to divulge *this tech* for: 0 energy
This has happend to me quite a few times and I am almost sure it is not limited to only buying tech.
