I wanted to blame some of my probe team's activities on The Hive. I was stealing data from The Peacekeeping faction. The only option it gave for blame was The Spartan Fed. They were already eliminated from the game. Can anyone tell me why this happened. Also, what determines which factions you can place blame on. By the way, this was in a patched version of the game.
