i had this problem when i installed AC.
when i click on install game, the installshield thing came up, and when it reached 100%, my computer started to slow down alot. it too me real long to install then game. it was like about 2 minutes just to get 1%, just hope that i don't have to reinstall the game someday.
p/s: my computer is win98 pentuim2 350mHz, i don't think that is insufficient. CD-Rom speed is 24X...

oh yeah... i've got no problems playing the game, just installing it
