Vote on salvaging the core. Dierdre as governor, with Morgan and Lal destroyed. I, along with Miriam, Santiago, and Yang vote for; Dierdre against. The measure is vetoed. Is this correct in light of the following? SMAC manual, p. 132: "...the governor's veto can only be overridden if all of the other leaders unite against it." |

i had the same problem, i assume its a bug, but i suppose it could be a new strategy. Once a faction is eliminated=the governor has an absolute veto because "all" of the leaders can't vote against him anymore. I guess the moral is it pays to be governor  |
