I've had a problem I haven't seen mentioned anywhere else. I dl'd the nice big version of the 1.1 demo, with the startup/intro movie. Problem. It doesn't work. All I get are a pattern of green and black bars in the center of my screen, and a bunch of fancy colors in there.

Now as I said, it's with the 1.1 demo, I DO have DirectX 6 installed (even re-installed it to be sure), and I'm just wondering if anyone has seen anything like it and can shed some light.

The video card is an ATI Rage II PCI (something like that), running under Windows 98. Tried at both 800 and 1024 resolutions.
