Immediately following the message the game give me informing me that another faction is about to complete a secret project, the game stops responding. I have had to terminate the program and re-launch it. I have reloaded old games and tried again, but everytime anyone is close to completing one, the game stops.

Weird. Try renaming the sound.dll to sound.dl_. What's your processor and OS?

I've got a P 133 running Win95
