Good job to Chris McCubbin of Incan Monkey God studios on the manual. I have one question, though. What happened to the index? The introduction on page 5 said there was going to be one, but it went away. Any comments? Did EA decide to save on printing costs and get rid of the most important part of the manual ?

There *is* a helpful table-of-contents on the inside front cover, but you're right, a full-on index would have been nice on a manual that large. (thankfully the on-line help is pretty complete)

It was a unfortunate oversight. Look for an electronic version to be available for d/l shortly.
