I just got SMAC and am deep into my game, and I have noticed that some of my units are disappearing from the city screen. IE. I cant build them anymore its as though I'm out of room. It happens to my air units and sea units but not my infantry or alien life forms.....Anybody had this problem, its really irritating, I hope Firaxis is better then Sierra when it comes to patching games |

You mean already built units disappearing? Then you might check the scroll arrows to view all units in your city. You might also actually lose them if you don't have the minerals to support them. Or you can't build some unit types anymore? Then you probably retired them in the workshop. Anyway, you can't build naval units in land-only cities (check out what happens when de sealevel drops...) Well, I'm not too sure what's going on here. Are your air units running out of fuel and crashing? If you retire a design, and there are units in existence, they get retired as well. jkm firaxis games |
