I have green lines running horizontally across every movie. I can see the movie between the green lines and the sound is fine, but bright green is a slightly distracting colour . I have reinstalled my directX (everything is certified) and also tried the "DirectDraw=0" option, but the problem persists.
Help please

This is caused by old video drivers, especially if this is an ATI card. Visit your graphic cards manufacturer's web site and download the latest drivers.
