In my last turn, I finished discovering all the "conventional" techs but havn't started on Transcedant Thought. I happened to have an artifact, which I brought to my Universal Translator and had it linked. I then kept on discovering Transcendant Thought until the game crashed at Transcendant Though 44.

Ugly. It's fixed in v3.0.
