Title: Videos Stuttering

Anyone else having a problem with the videos stuttering after the last windows update? Its not game breaking but it is annoying.

Yeah I think I did.  Since I have the Pro version, I then backed out Windows 10 to some much earlier version, and said no more updates for 16 months!  I also had serious audio stuttering problems on another machine, and did the same backout.  Microsoft did something very wrong with the interrupt handling, it can even affect high performance machines.

Try using LatencyMon (http://www.resplendence.com/latencymon) to see if it diagnoses your problem.  It is meant for audio latency and real time audio processing, but it's probably the same issue for stuttering video playback.

Do you mean the program literally won't run?  Or does it run, but you're not sure how it's supposed to be used?  I had no trouble running it on my two 10 year old laptops.

There was nothing to run there was no exe that I could find after I downloaded it.

That doesn't make any kind of sense.  Sounds like a corrupted or interrupted download.  Try again.  Works on my box.  What you're downloading is an installer, and it worked just fine when I tried it right now.

Hmm. Strange I tried it again and  it did indeed run. I'm trying it now.
