Title: GOG on Win10: Cannot change production of base or add anything to queue

I use Windows 10 on an old laptop with an integrated AMD graphics chip.  I haven't seen this problem.  Sounds like he has a system-specific problem, like a driver issue.  Not a Windows 10 problem.  Or, a Windows 10 problem dependent on his particular system.   ;)

What happens when he tries?  And does my patch fix it?
