Does Saddam have nukes or other (very) destructive weapons?
If yes, will he use them? and against who?

Russian bio-weaponry.
You can kill off a square kilometer in say half a day with the right wind.
If he uses them Iraq will be nuked by whoever. He won't use it on Israel considering the amount of Paleastinians there. He might use them as a last revenge if the "world" gets close to catching him.
UN inspection teams found scrapnel with chemical agents on. The French government kept it hush-hush, I don't know why.
IIRC according to Nostradamus the third Anti-Christ will rise out of the middleeast around June next year.

I dont think Saddam cares a bit about palestinians. He did shoot missiles at Israel under the Gulf War. Actually hes only been using chems on his own population and on Iran in the war 80-88.

He probably does not have any yet, but if the West was to stand inactive like in 1938 with Germany, we probably would have Iraqis with nukes in some 2 years.

He did have a nuclear weapons program though, and if let unchecked, and unembargoed he would have had it within two-three years. If he uses any kind of WMD on Israel though, Israel is going to retaliate with nuclear weapons, which is why I hope Saddam is not stupid enough to actually do it. He can't attack Western Europe or the US with his SCUDs, but he might be able to hit NATO countries like Turkey and Greece with them.

I guess that before 2000 a Bio/Chemical weapons will be used on New York, Subway.
