Hmm, a thought. Double nexuses, post dissapearing, things blamed on the forums. However, should we blame these things on the forum, or should we blame the caretakers of the forum? Could it be that Firaxis, digusted at the off-topic randomness permeating the boards, decides to sink its own creation, only to open the forums at a later date when the real SMACers can comment on the game (after Dec. 20th). Maybe Firaxis figured, by closing down the old board, some off-topic people would leave, but the plan backfired. More off-topic people are here than ever. So Firaxis is hijacking its board. Imran, you've stumbled onto a conspiracy, but assume it to be of the wrong people. I'd think General Starr would have informed you of Plan 13. |

Speaking of Ohio, did anyone notice in one of the screenshots at pc.ign.com, one of the bases was named Ohio! Go look, I forget which one, but it was at the top of the screen. The conspiracy widens... It used to be that only off-the-topic threads where struck down with the double nexus plague and post-in-the-middle syndrome, but now they also want to hide the flaws of the game... I was posting SMAC in "Multi-Player How ???", criticising the details of Firaxis' mulitplayer setup, when my post was kidnapped and placed in the middle of the forum, where no one could find it. They don;t want us finding out that it's impossible to implement a multiplayer option is a turn-based game, so they tried to sabotage the thread. It has become clear that nobody is safe.
