I, medit, on this memorable day: To all factions&unfactioned: A NEW FACTION IS BORN! Constitution of FOTFM: 2. The Council is being voted each week by the members of the FOTFM. 3. All decisions can be made only by the agreement of all three members of the Council. 4.
