What if before the game is released, broccoli rises against us, using the myth of ohio to dissilluision us, throwing American society into chaos(do we have 50 states or just 49) giving them time to ferment civil war, and try to topple the govenment. In the insuing nuclear holocaust, firaxis is wiped out, and the game will never be released. Trying to survive in the post-apopolictic world, fighting of killer broccoli and scrounging for food, the survivors are SO dissappointed, they form a cult, worshipping Sid myer as a GOD, reading from the book of AC (found in the ashes of firaxis) to gain guidance, and the alpha centauri system becomes there heaven, where all the good little myerites go when they die. And soon, Myerism comes to dominate the world, pissing off all the elder gods, forcing them to raise broccoli from the ashes of death, to challenge the human race, beginning another war that threatens our survival yet again, in some sick never ending loop. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

Ohio does exist everyone, brocolli cannot live, a nuclear holocaust is as unlikely as it was in AD.23, & FIRAXIS will never be destroyed, because that's the way it works, now, just look here.

Well, since the flashy things don't exist, I need not worry about buying them off a non-existant faction, in some non-existant planet, in a computer game designed by 2 gaming geniuses, with their team of equal geniuses!!!

News flash! Firaxis HQ has developed a state of the art Ohio class shield generator. Anything touching the shield gets turned into pure energy, just like Ohio. So the dire situation Jarke raises shouldn't happen.

Scrounging for food while fighting killer broccoli. There's the aswer to both probelems ! Undless the broccoli is poisond, what if its contaminated, what if we've mutated so we can't eat normal food. What if the Earth is destroyed?
Oh well, at least we'll always have the forums.
