While I'm sure everyone at Firaxis is pretty busy these days, it appears that the time on the Bulletin Board is a couple hours off. For instance it's 2:18 EST now and I'm thinking that it will list it as 4 something. Not that it matters, but it does say the times are ET.

What that really means is Eeeen-the-middle-of-the-Atlantic-Ocean Time.
