Can you save a multiplayer game?

Or more importantly...can you load it back up again and start where you and your friend(s) left off?

You should be able to choose 'Multiplayer' from the main menu, then "Load multiplayer game'. At this point you have to choose comm protocol.

Yes, you can save MP games. To reload a direct IP game you'll have to do something counterintuitive.

To reload a DIP game, start like you are going to create a brand new direct IP game. At the host screen, choose Load Saved Game from the Type of Game menu, fourth one down on the left. Have your fellow players join and you're off!

Thanks very much. I never would have discovered that myself.

The games are so long it's hard to even see the other player in one sitting, so the save is crucial.
