A new hope is ariseing for the galaxy! Here I have The Constitution of The Republic! This contains all of the laws we have for The New Republic. You may join if you wish. There are no limits to what factions can join, all can join if they wish! Here is the Constitution:
The Constitution of The Republic
With all war, and freedom rights, may this sacred document be written, on the verge of freedom and democracy! Only at the greatest expense, may this constitution of our human rights be lost or forgotten. And in all hopes of freedom, may the laws be beside you. With all luck and grace, may the lord Chairobin stand beside you! With all of the Garden of Eden, good luck to you, and all to well.
The Senate of The Republic will discuss all issues, dull or great, and all factions may take part, and have their word spoke. If there in any voting has more votes Yea than Nea, the vote passes. If there in any voting, are more Nea than Yea, then the vote will not pass. The Senate will consist of one representative from each faction who chooses so to join The Republic. All Senate meetings will be presented to the people, free of charge by their local news services.
The people of The Republic will be free to do as they choose. No slavery will be allowed inside Republic Territory. Any slavery detected will be immediately reported, and any parties guilty of owning/transporting slaves, will be arrested. The factions will not be able to control their citizens through nerve stapling or abuse.
Any wars that a faction, or factions, is involved in, can ask The Republic for Senate Appeal. If granted, all factions who are in The Republic will be forced to fight alongside the faction that was appealed to and declare war against the enemy of the faction who was appealed to. If not granted, The Republic will not issue any declarations of war against the faction who asked for appeal at the moment.
Any wars between two Republic factions will be treated as follows, both factions involved will be either kicked out, or knocked down a rank. If they are kicked out, and the war continues, they cannot apply for an appeal.
If any faction leader, who so wishes to ensure the safety of his or other factions, may do so by any means necessary. This includes issuing Marshal Law, testing for combat strength, or even issuing a vote of no confidence against the Supreme Chancellor.
The Supreme Chancellor is the leader of the Senate. He makes all of the announcements about what is happening in the senate, and will speak on the behalf of all the smaller factions with less then seven planets.
Factions will receive a Senator when they gain seven planets or more. Factions who own less then that will not receive a Senator until they get the set number of planets that are needed.
If so when a smaller faction pleases, they're leader can place a vote of no confidence on the current Supreme Chancellor. This means that the Senate will vote for a Supreme Chancellor again. The current Supreme Chancellor will be included as a nominee along with three others.

If your faction joins, you must abide by the laws set out in the Constitution. If you decide to join, your Chancellor's name will be Kakkis.

We would like to join, but since we control no planets, we cannot be in the senate... So we, Guardians of Destiny and Future, would like to become an allinged force.

This is not an extension of the Guardians! It is supposed to be a peacekeeping group to hold the different factions together without corruption.
And you do not need a senateor to speak in the senate, the Supreme Chancellor will speak on your behalf.

Would moons count toward your planet count if so i do have 5 moons colonized 2 off of Forona and 3 off of Reta.

I would say that two moons would equal one planet, so, yes, you get a Senator.

Mysterious aliens continue to raid my shipping lines, though they dont take or destroy much they seem to continue with increasingly more intensity with each more attack. What do u think i should do attack them, defend myself or ignore the matter until they start to become a real problem?

I am resigning from the New Republic due to problems with other alliances. I do not think that the NR is bad in any way, and I do no wish for anyone to be offended. It is just that I do not want war.
